We offer a variety of medical services for your family pets from the tiniest hamster to the largest of dogs. Although diet, exercise, social interaction and training are important aspects to your pets general well-being, we strongly believe in a good preventative health care program for a long, healthy life.

Physical Exams: We stress thorough physical exams. Annual exams frequently reveal early signs of medical problems, which if caught early, can be effectively treated.

Blood work: This should be performed periodically especially as your pet ages. We consider pets over the age of six a Senior pet. It's a great idea for those under the age of six to have a Wellness Blood Screen.

Dentistry: Dental disease is the # 1 health problem in dogs and cats over the age of five. Many pets need annual dental cleanings after that age. ::MORE::

Ultrasonography: This is a great way to get a 3 dimensional look inside your pets body. Most animals seldom object to lying still for this non-painful diagnostic tool.  Ultrasonography is a non-evasive diagnostic tool that is used to evaluate internal organs and structures. Performing an ultrasound to look at the liver, kidneys, spleen, bladder, intestines, and gall bladder can assist the doctor with a diagnosis. With this knowledge in hand, the doctor can better treat your pet, and confirm or avoid the need for possible surgery.  An echocardiogram (image of the heart) is also performed by ultrasound. With an echocardiogram we can measure areas of the heart and identify specific conditions, that are not possible with an x-ray.
Key Benefits:
Non-surgical diagnosis
Three dimensional
Pregnancy diagnosis

Surgery: We recommend spaying or neutering your pet at an early age to prevent problems like breast tumors and prostate trouble. ::MORE::

Boarding: Sometimes it's necessary to travel without our furry or feathered family members. We would love to have them stay with us. This also helps with your pets socialization skills. ::MORE::

For your pets protection, written proof of current vaccination status needs to be provided prior to admission for boarding. To maintaion a parasite free environment, all boarders receive a flea adulticide tablet when admitted. We require proof of current negative heartworm and internal parasite tests must be provided.
